We manage the campaign with clear objectives:
do not damage the balance of the environment, safeguard the well-being of people who work and live in the countryside and do not leave unwanted residues in wines. To drink a good glass of wine can be a pure pleasure.
For the management of the main diseases of the wine we rely on the use of products known for hundreds of years, the most natural and least invasive among the copper-based fungicides and, moreover, used in low doses.
If necessary in particularly difficult years we use products other than copper but always characterized by the best eco-toxicological profile and never able to leave residues in grapes and wines.
Even in fertilizing the soil we favor the fertilizers of organic origin much more effective in making the soil fertile and in improving its state.
Furthermore, to increase the complexity of our wines, many of the vineyards were made not with clonal material (when all the vines are perfectly equal) but with mass selection from other vineyards (different vines from one another but belonging to the same stock).
This means that they express more diversity and allow us to appreciate the complexity of a non-standardized vineyard.
Our goal is to make exciting, unforgettable wines, but for us it is also essential that this does not damage the environment and the people who live in the area where we produce.
