Grillo Iole is, first and foremost, a small family-run winery.

We were born and raised in Prepotto, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, and every day we work together across the vineyards, the cellar and our hospitality activities.

Each of us takes care of a different part of the winery, but we all share the same goal: to produce wines that express our territory and to welcome every guest in a genuine and personal way.

Our dogs are always by our side as well.

They are an essential part of our everyday life and are often the first to welcome visitors when they arrive at the winery.

Our deepest connection is with Schioppettino di Prepotto, a native grape variety that originated here and has become a symbol of our village and its identity.

We produce it in different expressions, from the Classica to the Riserva, always trying to preserve its character, elegance and distinctive spicy notes.

But Grillo Iole is not only about wine. It is about family, territory, shared harvests, intense working days and the time we dedicate to the people who choose to visit us.

During a wine tasting in Prepotto, we share all of this: our wines, our family story, our work in the cellar and the place we call home.
